Cross Fit Workouts

Try a Cross Fit Workout. The exercise routines above are some of the examples of Cross Fit workouts.

I really am excited about the simplicity of these workouts and the fact that each workout is supposed to be a different Cross Fit workout.

Our muscles get so weak sometimes by doing the same machines and exercises.

What would our body do if we all of a sudden did 100 pull-ups, 100 push-ups, 100 sit-ups, and 100 squats?

Find out more about Cross Fit by learning about the various Cross Fit communities across the country. This is becoming the exercise routine for fire men, police men, and the military.

Inside of each one of us is a warrior that is ready for battle. These routines will help us achieve more than we could imagine, and they are based around sprinting run routines. I love sprinting.
Last night I tried a cross fit workout that just felt incredible. I did one set of 25 assisted pull-ups, 1 10mph 400 meter sprint, 1,000 meters rowing, 100 jump ropes, and 25 bosu ball push-ups. I only did two rounds of that but it felt so good.
