The Jungle Gym

Jon Hinds invented the jungle gym and I am forever grateful. I did 25 assisted one legged squats yesterday. That is the hardest leg exercise in the world!!! I was able to do 25 in one day. I love doing the pushups, tricep extensions, dips, chin ups, one arm chin ups, and the body rows. The body rows are incredible!!! Jon Hinds is one awesome vegan personal trainer. Please God give me enough money to become a Certified Natural Trainer!!!

You can do pushups, tricep extensions, chest flys, body rows, assisted chin-ups, assisted one handed chin ups, full chin ups, assisted dips, full dips, kip ups, hip ups, runners, mountain climbers, crawls, assisted one legged squats, squats, lunges, back bends, knees to legs, and other exericses. It is designed to help people progress from the most basic to the most difficult. The concepts are that anyone can get in incredible shape using their own body weight in just minutes per day. The piece of equipment is portable and can hold up to 1,000 lbs. It is designed to be able to use at parks as well as on door frames.
