I just read yesterday that it takes running or walking 35 miles to lose 1 lb of body fat or you could do 17,150 sit-ups.
If Michael from the latest season of The Biggest Loser would have just did exercise and followed his same diet he would have had to run/walk 9,170 miles or do 4,585,000 sit-ups. That is the equivalent of running or walking 25 miles a day or doing 12,561 sit-ups for a year.
Wouldn't it just make more sense to eat healthy food instead of running or walking 9,170 miles to burn off the fat and calories in unhealthy junk food???
It just makes too much sense to put good fuel in our bodies. The body is the temple of God. Make sure to treat it like that at every meal and you won't have to do just under 5 million sit-ups.
